Launching a business from the classroom

Each year, Entreprendre Pour Apprendre empowers 44,000 young people aged 9 to 25 by turning them—sometimes in just a few weeks or even a few hours—into budding entrepreneurs. The educational goal is to place youth in a real-life simulation of creating a mini-company from A to Z, helping them develop social-emotional skills and apply their learning to a concrete and collaborative project.

Our structuring projects with the association

For the past 10 years, the AlphaOmega Foundation and Entreprendre Pour Apprendre have worked together to meet new organizational challenges. Here are a few flagship examples of strategic, operational, and HR support:

  • Development and implementation of a scaling strategy to prepare the federation for large-scale growth
  • Support for the launch and expansion of a new regional branch in the Île-de-France region, reaching 4,000 beneficiaries in its second year
  • Coaching and talent development within the association's teams
