Ecolhuma — a leading organization in supporting education professionals — provides two platforms, ÊtreProf and Manag’Educ, offering ongoing training and peer-to-peer exchanges focused on pedagogical practices. It is one of the fastest-growing education nonprofits in France.

Our structuring projects with the association
The AlphaOmega Foundation has supported Ecolhuma’s growth since 2019. In a few years, the ÊtreProf platform grew from 20,000 to 200,000+ registered teachers — and continues to expand.
Key development projects include:
- Product management strategy for the ÊtreProf platform
- Partnership agreements with education authorities (Académies) for the training of school leadership teams
- International fundraising strategy to support Ecolhuma’s expansion
